JINYA Ramen Bar - Chandler: A Culinary Haven for Ramen Lovers

Great first visit! I ordered what my server, Chelsea, recommended and it was fantastic. The spicy chicken ramen was actually spicy, the gyoza were some of the best I've had, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely returning when I'm back in town!

Ordered spicy creamy vegan and vegan red fire opal. The creamy one’s broth was very flavorful. Also ordered Brussels sprouts tempura which were very very good. Service was pretty quick. Went there on a Monday night and was surprised to see the place quite filled up. Not crowded though.

Loved it. Food is great and the service was immediate. I had my food in less than 10 minutes. Parking is $7 in the Hilton lot or if you are lucky there are 5ish spots across the street facing North that were free for 2hrs. Overall I like this place a lot minus the lack of parking.

We went to the Downtown Chandler location on a Wednesday at 6:30pm to celebrate a birthday. I was seated right away. Our server was pleasant and kind. The restaurant is lively with upbeat music and the lighting is dark and moody. We were still able to have a conversation and enjoy each-other's company. They have outdoor seating as well. They offer happy hour that ends at 6pm. We ordered the following items: small plates: Brussels Sprouts Tempura $8.90 Sautéed Broccolini $7.60 Ramen: Spicy Creamy V Ramen $18.20 JINYA Tonkotsu Black $18.20 Spicy Chicken Ramen $17.90 You are able to add additional topping to your ramen for an extra cost. Speciality Cocktails: Yuzu Margarita $17 Lycheetini $14 Everything was delicious from the appetizers to the ramen. The Spicy Creamy V Ramen broth was packed with flavor. The noodles were thick and my friends really enjoyed their food as well and said the Lycheetini was really good. We had e a great dinner and would come back again.

I was quite disappointed by their pork ramen a long time ago, but some friends told me the chicken ramen was excellent, so I decided to give JINYA another try. Nathanael was my server and bartender — he was very attentive and checked in on me often, which made the experience even better. I started with the happy hour lychee martini, which was smooth, fruity, and perfectly balanced, along with the salmon tacos that were packed with fish and bursting with flavor. For my main, I ordered the Creamy Classic Tori Paitan, a rich chicken ramen. The broth was super creamy and flavorful, the enoki mushroom tempura added a crisp texture and soaked up the broth beautifully, and the chicken chashu was thick, juicy, and tender. After this visit, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Chelsea was amazing. This was our first time to the restaurant and she thoroughly explained the menu in details to us. Her warmth and wonderful personality besides the obvious the food and cocktails was fantastic. Thanks Chelsea for a delicious meal and the beautiful bubbles on my drink! Ask for Chelsea when you arrive for your next visit to this restaurant!

I couldn’t wait to try Jinya and it was worth my wait! Our server Chelsea was fun, knowledgeable and efficient. She made our experience a highlight of our 2 month trip to the area! Everything we tried from drinks to food was tasty and well presented. Especially fun were the drinks with smoky bubble. What an amazing evening. Thank you again Chelsea!!!
